Licence and refunds: Media Canberra guides
When you buy a guide, you get a personal licence to use it in your own business.
You can
- Read it on up to 3 of your own devices. To add a new one, you can sign the others out by email.
- Use the prompts, templates and files in your own business, and change them to suit you.
- Show parts of it to your staff while you work.
You can't
- Share your access link or the files with anyone outside your business.
- Resell, republish or post any of it, in full or in part, including the videos.
- Use it to teach a course or build a product of your own.
If it's shared
Your copy is marked with your email address. If your link or files are shared, we may end your access without a refund. If we do, we'll tell you why first.
Updates
For 12 months after you buy, we update the guide and its files as the tools change, and your link always opens the latest version. After that the guide is still yours to keep. New guides are sold separately.
Refunds
Because you get instant access to everything, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind, find it cheaper elsewhere or decide you no longer need it.
If something's wrong (your link doesn't work, a file is missing, or the guide isn't what we described), email hello@mcan.au and we'll fix it quickly. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
