Automatic Distribution to Every Platform

Finished posts are only worth something once they are published. Automatic distribution connects your accounts once and then publishes every post to the right platforms at the right time, without anyone logging in to press Post.

From $120 per hour. Fixed quote before any project starts.

Even with the videos made, posting is another job. Log in to four apps, upload four files, paste four captions, pick a time. It is the step that slips first when the week gets busy.

Automatic distribution removes it. Your accounts are connected once, through a secure link you open yourself. From then on every scheduled post goes out by itself to the platforms you chose, at the time it was planned for.

You never hand over a password. You can see what is coming up and what has gone out, and every published post comes back with its public link.

What is included

Connect once, securely

A private connect link for your business. You sign in to each platform yourself and approve access. We never see or store your passwords.

One schedule, every platform

Each post is set once with a time and the platforms it goes to. Facebook, Instagram and YouTube publish on their own at that time.

The right version to each

Each platform gets the cut and caption made for it, so the Instagram post is not a squashed YouTube video.

Proof it went out

Every post that publishes comes back with its live link, so you can see exactly what went out and where.

Problems caught, not hidden

If a platform logs you out, the post waits instead of failing silently, and you get one email with a link to reconnect.

Works with the marketing system

Posts made through the marketing system flow straight into the schedule. You can also add your own.

How we work

  1. 01

    Choose your platforms

We agree which accounts to post to and how often, based on where your customers actually are.

  2. 02

    Connect your accounts

You open your connect link and approve each platform. It takes a few minutes and you only do it once.

  3. 03

    Set the schedule

We load the first weeks of posts with their times. You can see and change the plan before anything goes out.

  4. 04

    It runs

Posts publish on time, links come back, and we keep an eye on anything that needs a reconnect.

Platforms

  • Facebook Page: videos and posts published automatically
  • Instagram: Reels published automatically to a business or creator account
  • YouTube: Shorts and longer videos uploaded automatically
  • TikTok: delivered as a ready-made draft that someone taps Post on (see below)

One honest caveat

TikTok only allows fully automatic posting for apps that have passed its review. Until then, the TikTok version lands in your TikTok app as a finished draft, and posting it is one tap. Every other platform publishes on its own.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need my passwords?

No. You sign in to each platform yourself through your connect link and approve access. The access can be removed from your account settings at any time.

What happens if a post fails?

It is not lost. If the platform has logged you out, the post waits and you get one email asking you to reconnect. Anything else that goes wrong is flagged so it can be checked before it is tried again.

Can I still post things myself?

Yes. Nothing stops you posting from your phone as usual. The schedule only publishes what is in it.

Can I change or cancel a scheduled post?

Yes. Until it goes out, any post can be moved, edited or removed.

Do I need the marketing system as well?

No. If you make your own videos, we can set up distribution on its own and you add posts to the schedule yourself.

How much does it cost?

Work is charged from $120 per hour. For a defined project we estimate the hours after a free discovery call and give you a fixed quote, so you know the total before anything starts.
