The AI Head-Start
Get the basics right: SEO, marketing, data and design with one AI system
Want a copy to keep?
I'll email you the link, plus a heads-up when I add new videos. No spam.
Anyone can build a website now. AI builders and templates have made that part cheap and quick. The hard part is being found: showing up when someone nearby searches for what you do, and following up properly when they get in touch. That's where this guide starts.
I run Media Canberra. I build websites and systems for local businesses, and I use one AI assistant, Claude, for almost all of it. This guide is the stuff I wish every client had sorted before they called me: getting found on Google, following up without sounding like a robot, making sense of your own data, designing things that look like you, and setting AI up so it actually helps instead of making a mess.
How to use this guide
- Start with SEO, then marketing automation. Being found and following up are what bring in work. The other sections make the job faster once that's in place.
- Watch the video. Every section has a short screen recording where I walk through the steps, in order.
- Copy the transcript. Each video has its transcript underneath with a copy button. Paste it into Claude and say "walk me through this for my business". It saves you pausing and rewinding.
- Use the prompts. Anything in a prompt box has a Copy for Claude button. Swap the [square bracket] bits for your own details before you send it.
- Tick the checklists. They save in your browser, so you can come back and pick up where you left off.
Chapters
Where to from here
Pick one section and do it this week. Not all of them. Read What not to do first, though: it takes five minutes. The Google Business Profile and the review requests are the quickest wins for most local businesses, so if you're not sure, start there.
If you want the full version, Can It Be Done? is the Pro guide, A$99 once with 12 months of updates. It covers the same five areas in depth and adds nine more chapters, with every step-by-step video and transcript, plus a starter pack of files you import straight into Claude: an SEO audit checklist, schema templates, email sequences, a standards file, project instructions and more. It's built so you can do the work yourself, properly.
And if you'd rather talk it through, or have us do it with you, book a chat. No pitch deck, just a conversation about what would actually help.
